I had this once and it was seals in the turbo. It was a near new just still in warranty Volvo D 2 75 with only a few hours on it. After vigorous pushing from me Volvo replaced the turbo. Kind Regards

Thanks Slavko, when you fit the new hub and propeller be sure 1) you pin the hub to the shaft. 2) the propeller fits fully and snugly to the hub, pushed completely into place. 3) you tighten the screw
