Problem dismantling the main furler worm gear box
Victor I have just been through what you are trying to do. If you look carefully at the end caps there are 4 small tapped holes into which you can screw bolts it which will ease the end cap outwards.

Ballooner Not Locking
The last few times I have used my ballooner it has failed to lock into the swivel. The halyard run looks normal and I have tried various rotational positions other than the recommended one of the slot
