I have settled on using two sets of tape. I attach one set to the outer
front cleats and bring them back to the deck cleats in front of the
windshield. I put these very tight and they lie flat against the cabin
side-out of the way until needed. I attach the other set to the same deck
cleats and bring them back the stern cleats-again making them very tight so
they lie flat against the cabin and cockpit sides until they are almost to
the cleats. The disadvantage of this method is that you must unclip and
clip again to get to the bow.
