[Amel] New Owners
Stephanie DiBelardino <stephiedib@...>
Hi Harry Thank you for your interest in Bianca. Here is the link to the ad She is not in Fort Lauderdale, but I have to show a US location for Boattrader.com-- we are just a short hop offshore on Grand Bahama Island, and she is docked in our back yard. -- you can reach us easily from FLL via air or fast ferry (www.ferryexpress.com). If you would like to come see her, we can pick you up at the port or airport. She is French flagged, VAT paid, and can travel to Cuba with no problem-- also, no problem bringing her to Europe and staying as long as you want without VAT issues that so many US flagged boats have! We acquired Indecent in Oct. 2013, and are new to Amel, although not to sailing or cruising with a trawler (Nordhavn). I purchase my Super Maramu over a year ago and just started my sailing: Texas to Key West, then Key West to Bimini, Bahamas. Sincerely, Alexandre SM2K #289 NIKIMAT Brown's Marina, North Bimini, Bahamas -------------------------------------------- On Fri, 2/7/14, flyboyscd@... <flyboyscd@...> wrote:
Subject: [Amel] New Owners To: amelyachtowners@... Date: Friday, February 7, 2014, 7:04 PM My wife and I just purchased a 1992 Amel 53 Super Maramu (hull 72), and wanted to introduce ourselves to the group. The boat is currently in Rio Dulce, Guatemala, and we will be making a couple of trips down to Rio Dulce from our home in NE Florida between now and May, when we intend to bring her up to Florida. We will be be preparing the boat for a long term circumnavigation during the next year, and will be seeking some future advice on various systems as we get ready. It appears the forum has lots of experienced and knowledgeable owners, and we will thank you in advance for imparting some of your wisdom on us. It feels great to be a new owner, and part of the group. Regards, Steve and Liz Davis Palm Coast, FL USA |
