It seems to perhaps be the same size as the two machine bolts that hold down the cover over the hawse hole on a Lewmar vertical capstan windlass. Close also to the bolts on the manual mainsail furler winch handle receiver but I don't think the bolts on the main furler could fail in this fashion. The windlass bolts could...
