I tried contacting Amel via their email adress “ amel.med@amel.fr<mailto:amel.med@amel.fr>” to supply some spare parts for my boat, but it has been over a week and still there has been no response on their part. I recently purchased my boat on March 2018, this was my first mail to Amel, is there a procedure that I am not aware of to get in contact with Amel.
