I read the attached article regarding invoices slip renters are receiving due to the damage caused be Hurricane Isaias.  This could be an expanding risk to boat owners in the future beyond the direct risk of the storm.

Bill Rouse advised me that "This is not the first time. NIKIMAT was charged for damage to the marina in St. Martin".  This is a risk that might be worth further investigation with your insurance carrier.
