Let me re-post a few more pictures here. Cost is $25. This is now SS316 therefore a bit pricier than the original Alu version that I had made back in April.
I plan to place a volume order this coming week. If you or anyone else would like to order some, there is still time, email me offline at "blouin_dion@..." ASAP and we can work out the personal details. Right now, I'm talking to several people offline who have requested parts.

All - The machine shop finally came back (my job was low priority vs his COVID job backlog). He made the new part half thick and now made of SS316 instead of Alu. I like those a lot. About to order the rest of my pieces.
To everyone that reached out to me back in April asking for pieces, I will re-contact with you offline to confirm Qty, Address. Hello David,
Aquarius had these hatch protectors on the aft lazaret when I bought Aquarius, but then I put some similar protectors on all the lazarets. Several photos to look at. I had them made in New Zealand from 316 stainless. I like the why the previous owner had them installed, but could not get the guys who installed the protectors in Thailand to do the same. Yes, had those made at machine shop. Rough measurements: 2 5/16 widest; 1 1/2 height; 3/16 thickness I asked the shop to make another sample but using SS 316, and thinner. (Thanks Bill Reynolds, good idea) I'll share picture once I have it. To all of those who have reached out to me with orders, thanks for your patience, I will get back to you all. Guys, I just finished getting this part made at a local machine shop. I brought him the sample you see in this picture Bill attached (that was a picture I took). So the machine shop took my sample, reversed engineered a drawing and made a few more for me, it's made of aluminum. Coincidentally, I was just about to come offer to this group a bulk order, if anyone is interested, just send me an email offline at blouin_dion@.... Depending on the volume, price will be ~ $20 USD each + shipping,
I don't have a picture of the new one unfortunately, brought the new parts on Viva yesterday, about to install them. I'll come back with a picture in the next few days. P.S. There was a stainless steel replacement part that someone either bought or had fabricated.
