Bowthruster switch

Kaplan,Andre

These switches are involved with raising and lowering the bowthruster on a 1988 Mango. Does anyone know where to source these switches?
Thank you

Hi Andre,

It is hard to get the right switch. I can tell. Have been looking for it now for 2 months on and off.

Most likely the manufacturer of your switch is no longer. Or taken over by another company. Look for the specifications and try with RS-Online.

Please find enclosed some data sheets to determine which switch you need.

I have been looking for a D459-P4RA switch for our bowtruster in our SM 158 (1996). Until now no luck. I might have to rebuild a switch that comes close like the D459-V3RA

Here an example how to determine the specifications as in the switch I need (see the enclosed circled in red)

D459-P4RA  Housing D45X

D4 = Size of Micro Switch

5 = 16Amp

9 = S.P.D.T. Single Pole Double Throw Contacts

P4 = PCB Terminals Underside

RA = Short Roller Lever

Hope you find the one you need and let me know. Maybe they have mine too.
