Changing old rivets with bolts on JIB electromotor

Slavko Despotovic

Hello,

we are servicing jib furling system on my Amel. After drilling old rivets we have to replace it with bolts as per attached photo. I have asked Amel if they have on stock. But they do not. Is there any other source for this bolts (solution)?

I know that they make these at Caraibe Greement in Martinique. I will ask them if they can ship them and let you know.

There is no commercial source, you have to have them made.  Any rigger or machine shop should be able to once you show them the problem and the photo.

The Amel service group in Martinique does not stock them, they just make them as needed. (At least they made them for us when we needed them!) I am sure for the right price they will make them for you and ship them anywhere. :)
