A 54 #140 get a new name: Vagamonda

Hello All,
I’m following the group for few months studying the Amel 54.
Fiora and I just acquired the Amel 54 no 140, perfectly maintained by her first owner.
Vagamonda is now flying à San Marino flag with an international crew: Fiora from Italy and Réjean from Canada. We hope she will sail us around the world.
Many thanks to all the contributors of the owners group, the site is very helpful and was a real plus in our journey to chose an Amel.

Welcome to the group and the Amel Family Fiora. You have selected a phenomenal cruising yacht. After cruising on Kokomo for the past 8 years (5 months every year) we continue to be more and more impressed by the safety, design and the comfort that Amel yachts provide. I suggest that you take your time and get to know the yacht for at least a year or two, prior to making any changes. We have not needed to make any changes, to the initial design concept and find that there are valid reasons for keeping this initial design concepts intact.
