Dear Amelians,

We are on the dry to perform maintenance this winter and have taken off the masts too for maintenace and touch up .

We like to  sand the bubbled paint areas on the masts where oxidation has occured
Can somebody advise their expericience for best procedure for long term good result?

Is there any pre treatment  liquid (anti oxidante) of the sanded aluminium surface before applying a primer?
What primer best to use? 

We would like to give the masts a full fresh top coat after the touch up of the bubbled areas.
What is the colour code of the mast white of the Super Maramu (1996; SM 158) . We have read somewhere renault panda 348 was a good colour match but can't find the threat anymore.
Or is it  ivoiry RAL 1013?
