Surface (???) Cracks in then deck non-skid

I would appreciate some guidance from experienced forum members if possible.
Have any of you seen cracks in the non-skid like those in the attached photos from my surveyor, & how would you rate them on a scale of seriousness, please. Regards Geoff |
