Greetings All!
I remember seeing a post recently regarding carpet replacement. The poster gave all dimensions and what brand carpet binder tape. Can you please direct me to the post? I will buy the tape here in the US and look for suitable carpet in Greece or Turkey. All the best! |

Greetings All, I searched the forum for carpet replacement. Most recent was 2021. There was recent discussion late 2022 regarding carpet replacement with all dimensions and brand of carpet binding. Does anyone recall this. All the best! Chuck and Kim sv Joy #388

Hi All,
Not sure if this info helps we replaced our original carpet last year. Looked at normal domestic home carpet from suppliers, we came across a carpet call Marine Tuft in Australia, not sure if they are overseas. Any way this carpet is made for marine environment the backing is apparently marine grade UV Stabilised polypropylene woven cloth. We purchased enough for the areas required, took that and the old carpet pieces to a guy that does the edging. We could be happier with the out come, we added none slip matting underneath which allows the carpet to breath. Jarrod & Vicki Bennett SM2 #332 Jarricki Australia |
