Form emails duplicated

Hi,
For several months now I have been receiving two of every forum message. I’ve just checked my profile settings and do not see any obvious reason for this. Would anyone happen to know anything about this?

Look at each of the duplicates and the very last line of the email will tell you which email address it was sent to. Is the email address in the duplicate the same? Also, does google (gmail) handle mail for fgps.com? If so, let me know privately. Bill
