Maramu #42 is for sale in St Marys, Georgia, USA #Amel_For_Sale

Sadly my wife and kids have lost the sailing itch and declared that we must swallow the anchor, so I am selling my beloved Maramu #42, Lark.   I will be listing her with a brokerage in a few days, but before doing so, I wanted to post her here in case there are any hard core Amel fans who'd like a crack at her without the dreaded commission.

I will be listing at 54K of which the broker will take 10%, so I'll be glad to split that with a non-commission buyer.  I need to dig out some pictures, and will for anyone who's interested.  As you can tell by the price there are some projects to be done, but she is fundamentally sound and could be sailed to the Bahamas tomorrow.  Probably the biggest project is to sort out the autopilot.  I replaced the drive motor in 2020, but she'll probably also need a new computer.  The main salon lights need to be replaced and rebedded.  There is a section of cabin sole right next to galley which needs to replaced.

Recent upgrades include:
- all new standing rigging and furler in 2020
- new jib 2019
- new bottom this year
- new anti-skid on deck this year
- carbon-foam (Firefly) house bank
- 12 foot Zodiac dinghy
- Rocna and Spade anchors

Here is a small album of recent photos: https://photos.google.com/share/AF1QipN8iwiXc9V230JT8aICLQcE1aJRr4WIiOlTR1r_OTEitW7zOKrCqF8CzuppwbrglQ?key=bDFkWGsyR0lZYXp4V2lycmRHUGxtNG9zcjRxZjV3.  I had no intention of selling when I was last in St Marys so unfortunately, this is all I have at this point.  I'll be going down in a couple of weeks and will get more then.  Unfortunately, I think I may have to pull the trigger with the brokerage listing by then.

That’s a different Maramu.  Yes we owned her and named her Lark as well, but that was in SXM in 2017 and Irma had other plans.
